No. 10 Indianapolis swept Drury on Friday night, taking a 3-0 victory over the Panthers in their Great Lakes Valley Conference volleyball match at Weiser Gym.
Indianapolis improved to 29-1 overall and 10-1 in the GLVC with its 15th straight victory. Drury dropped to 14-12 overall and 6-5 in GLVC play.
The Greyhounds won the match by scores of 25-22, 25-18 and 25-14.
Junior Kyrie Hopkins had nine kills to lead the Panthers, while junior Austin Warren had a team-high 27 assists and senior Rachel Warrington led the way with 14 digs.
Kristina Kerrigan had 11 kills and Cheneta Morrison added 10 kills and 32 assists for the Greyhounds.
Drury is back in action on Saturday, playing host to Saint Joseph's in a GLVC match at 3 p.m. at Weiser. The Panthers will honor seniors Krystal Glessner, Brianne Holtkamp and Warrington in a ceremony prior to the match on Senior Day.
