Drury University women's golfers Allison Rasnick, Katie Wilburn and Katrina Choate have been named to the National Golf Coaches Association's All-American Scholar Teams for the 2008-09 season.
Rasnick and Wilburn will be seniors this fall for the Panthers, while Choate will be entering her sophomore season. All three made the All-American academic squad by compiling a grade-point average of 3.50 or better and competing in at least 60 percent of their team's matches last season.
Rasnick, from Marshfield, is a Speech Communication/Music major, while Wilburn, from Bartlesville, Okla., is majoring in Exercise Physiology. The St. Louis native Choate is pursuing a degree in Math and Secondary Education at Drury.
The three honorees by the Panthers were the most among Great Lakes Valley Conference members. Indianapolis placed two golfers on the list, while Southern Indiana had one. Only the University of Montevallo, with four on the squad, had more honorees than Drury among NCAA-II schools.
