Coach Louzader is a native of Springfield and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University, where she competed on their large coed Division I team. While at Missouri State, she served in leadership positions and helped her team place in the top three all four years she was a team member.
Louzader helped lead MSU cheer team to a 2020 second-place finish and a 2021 virtual national championship, MSU's first. Coach Louzader brings an extensive background in gymnastics that will help the Panthers cheerleading program. She has been Varsity Brands Instructor for the past four years, two of which she served on the UCA college teaching staff. Victoria is USA Cheer Safety Certified (formerly AACCA) and a member of USA Cheer.
